Are there any restrictions on the right of return?
In principle, you can return all items to our transgender shop within 14 days of receipt.
But unfortunately there are a few exceptions. What we cannot take back.
Special orders - unfortunately, we cannot take back silicone breasts that we produce especially according to your individual wishes. Special orders are all Gold Seal CustomSkin breasts (Audrey, Bridgitte, Marilyn) or individualized Divine Collection breasts (Athena, Aphrodite).
Unsealed hygiene products - we always send hygiene products with hygienic packaging. This means that we send self-adhesive products in particular in a transparent, thin hygiene bag with a hygiene seal. Unfortunately, that doesn't always look nice, but we can give you the opportunity to take a look at the article at home and maybe even stop it. IMPORTANT: Never damage the hygienic packaging. Otherwise we have to refuse to take them back. We ask for your understanding.
Do I need a customer account to shop with you?
No, you do not need a customer account to shop in TheBreastFormStore. No customer login is requested during the ordering process.
Can I rest assured that my order will be delivered discreetly?
Yes, all of our orders are sent discreetly in unprinted, neutral boxes. We send all orders with the German Post or DHL. The sender is MaltNic GmbH in Berlin, Germany. Of course, we take into account all requests for shipping. Shipping to packing stations is of course possible. If special delivery instructions are required, such as "do not hand them in to the neighbors", please write these instructions in the comment field of your order.
Can I return or exchange items?
You can of course return items purchased from us within 14 days of receipt. Special orders produced for you (such as our CustomSkin breasts or individualized Divine silicone breasts) are excluded from the return, while hygiene items (such as our self-adhesive Aphrodite silicone breasts) are sent by us in transparent hygienic packaging. So you can "try on" the breasts in peace and quiet at home and if they don't appeal, just send them back to us. Please note that hygiene items cannot be taken back if the hygiene packaging or the hygiene seal is damaged. Neither can we take back items that you have already associated with adhesives. We will reimburse you the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the return delivery.
What does “self-adhesive silicone breasts” mean?
Self-adhesive silicone breasts are coated on the back with a special layer of adhesive silicone. As a result, the breasts last for a very long time without additional adhesives. The strength of the adhesion naturally depends on the weight of the breasts and the texture of the skin. All self-adhesive breasts can of course also be used with additional adhesives to increase the adhesion. Here you can find the different adhesives.
When is my order free to ship?
We ship all orders with a value of more than € 130.00 within the European Union free of charge. If your order does not reach this value, we will charge a flat-rate shipping fee. You can find more information about shipping here.
When will my order be shipped the same day?
All orders that we receive on workdays (Monday to Friday) by 1 p.m. are dispatched on the same day. We guarantee that. We also try to dispatch orders that are received after 1 p.m. on the same day - otherwise they will be dispatched on the next working day.
Why haven’t I received my order yet?
We dispatch all orders received Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. on the same day. You will be informed about the shipment and the shipping number by PayPal or by us. The exact shipping times depend on the destination country. If the shipping time seems unusually long to you, please contact us.
What does “No-Membrane Technology” mean?
Conventional silicone breasts consist of a plastic bag into which the silicone mass is filled. This makes it difficult to achieve a natural feeling on the skin and a realistic look.
With the No-Membrane Technology of the Divine Collection and Gold Seal CustomSkin products, the silicone breasts are elaborately handcrafted. The breast is not encased in a plastic bag, but made from a piece of high-quality silicone in a special process. The special technique enables a very realistic look and a very natural feel to the skin of the breast and nipples. Breasts in no-membrane technology cannot burst and are therefore absolutely safe to sleep.
What if the item you want is not in stock?
When you select an item, it will be shown whether the item is in stock or has a delivery time. If an article is not in stock, the delivery time is usually two weeks. You can still order the item and we will deliver it as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Special orders, such as our exclusive CustomSkin products, have a delivery time of up to 6 weeks. If you order an item as a special order, we will inform you of the estimated shipping date after the order.
