Please send returns to us at the following address. If possible, tell us the order number so that we can assign the return. We will refund the credit amount within 24 hours of receiving the return. The refund amount will be refunded using the original payment method. If you paid by bank transfer, please send us an email ([email protected]) with your bank details.

You can pay with us with all common payment methods.

Credit card - You can pay securely with your Visa or Mastercard via the PayPal Plus portal. You don't need a PayPal account for this. Your order will be delivered immediately.

PayPal - If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly with PayPal. Your order will be delivered immediately.

Prepayment - You transfer the invoice amount to us. As soon as the money is in our account, we will deliver the order.

No, you do not need a customer account to shop in TheBreastFormStore. No customer login is requested during the ordering process.

No, we will never call you. Unless you leave a message on our answering machine that you ask for a call back.

All orders that we receive on workdays (Monday to Friday) by 1 p.m. are dispatched on the same day. We guarantee that. We also try to dispatch orders that are received after 1 p.m. on the same day - otherwise they will be dispatched on the next working day.

We speak fluent English and German. Some of our staff also speaks Spanish.

You can of course return items purchased from us within 14 days of receipt. Special orders produced for you (such as our CustomSkin breasts or individualized Divine silicone breasts) are excluded from the return, while hygiene items (such as our self-adhesive Aphrodite silicone breasts) are sent by us in transparent hygienic packaging. So you can "try on" the breasts in peace and quiet at home and if they don't appeal, just send them back to us. Please note that hygiene items cannot be taken back if the hygiene packaging or the hygiene seal is damaged. Neither can we take back items that you have already associated with adhesives. We will reimburse you the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the return delivery.

We dispatch all orders received Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. on the same day. You will be informed about the shipment and the shipping number by PayPal or by us. The exact shipping times depend on the destination country. If the shipping time seems unusually long to you, please contact us.

When you select an item, it will be shown whether the item is in stock or has a delivery time. If an article is not in stock, the delivery time is usually two weeks. You can still order the item and we will deliver it as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Special orders, such as our exclusive CustomSkin products, have a delivery time of up to 6 weeks. If you order an item as a special order, we will inform you of the estimated shipping date after the order.

We ship all orders with a value of more than € 130.00 within the European Union free of charge. If your order does not reach this value, we will charge a flat-rate shipping fee. You can find more information about shipping here.
