In principle, you can return all items to our transgender shop within 14 days of receipt.

But unfortunately there are a few exceptions. What we cannot take back.

Special orders - unfortunately, we cannot take back silicone breasts that we produce especially according to your individual wishes. Special orders are all Gold Seal CustomSkin breasts (Audrey, Bridgitte, Marilyn) or individualized Divine Collection breasts (Athena, Aphrodite).

Unsealed hygiene products - we always send hygiene products with hygienic packaging. This means that we send self-adhesive products in particular in a transparent, thin hygiene bag with a hygiene seal. Unfortunately, that doesn't always look nice, but we can give you the opportunity to take a look at the article at home and maybe even stop it. IMPORTANT: Never damage the hygienic packaging. Otherwise we have to refuse to take them back. We ask for your understanding.

Please send returns to us at the following address. If possible, tell us the order number so that we can assign the return. We will refund the credit amount within 24 hours of receiving the return. The refund amount will be refunded using the original payment method. If you paid by bank transfer, please send us an email ([email protected]) with your bank details.

Returns are generally to be paid for by the buyer. This does not apply to the return of defective items or incorrectly delivered goods. Please send us an email to [email protected] before returning. Then we can discuss who has to bear the costs of the return.

You can of course return items purchased from us within 14 days of receipt. Special orders produced for you (such as our CustomSkin breasts or individualized Divine silicone breasts) are excluded from the return, while hygiene items (such as our self-adhesive Aphrodite silicone breasts) are sent by us in transparent hygienic packaging. So you can "try on" the breasts in peace and quiet at home and if they don't appeal, just send them back to us. Please note that hygiene items cannot be taken back if the hygiene packaging or the hygiene seal is damaged. Neither can we take back items that you have already associated with adhesives. We will reimburse you the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the return delivery.
