Find the right breast form size

Step 1: Find your underbust measurement

Measure the circumference of your body using a soft tape measure, wrapping it around your underbust area, which is about 5 centimeters below your nipples. This location is below the curve of your pec muscle or breast tissue and is typically where your bra band rests. Round the measurement to the nearest centimeter, and be sure to record the number.

Step 2: Choose your bra cup size

Don't have a favourite bra cup size yet? No problem. We will help you. Firstly, let us explain how the bra cup size is calculated.

A bra cup size is determined by the difference between the bust measurement (the fullest part of the breasts) and the band measurement (the measurement around your ribcage, just under the bust). The cup size is represented by a letter, such as A, B, C, D, and so on, and it indicates the volume of breast tissue that the bra should accommodate.

The table shows which bra cup sizes have how much bust circumference compared to the underbust circumference.

Our tip: If you are unsure which cup size fits you best, stuff a bra with cotton until you like the volume. Then measure the bust circumference subtract it from the underbust circumference and find your preferred cup size in the table.
